Board members are voted in and the newly appointed members will set positions within.

Vice President: Joe
Director of Promotions: Larry

Director of Technology: Frankie
Event Coordinators: Member that host/coordinates meeting.
Raffle Event:

Raffle tickets are to be sold solely at the meetings and winner must be present at time of draw to win. Drawing will take place immediately after the demonstration by Dave Morris.
Price: Two dollars per ticket with no min/max purchase enforced.
Joe will provide tickets for August meeting.
Members:

Everyone who joins is a member.
Those who attend three or more meetings become ACTIVE members.
Larry’s idea: Maybe making special charter member standing (or some other form of acknowledgment) for attending the first meeting that kicks off the reforming of NCRMAS.
Club Funding:

Stickers for NCRMAS are pending.
Frankie is planning on finding designs as of now and may know someone to donate stickers or discounted stickers for this.
Joe also may have a source for stickers.
Sponsors:

Web hosting. ~$75 per year. Frankie (IT Director) is taking care of the hosting and web maintenance.
Meeting:

During August meeting we may need to cover the structure of organization for the group. We can use Andrew’s living room with a computer setup to the TV and debut the NCRMAS forum to the members at the meeting.
Digital Aquatics speaker is scheduled to talk on the subject of aquarium controllers.
